Vouchers should be used with any sales through Group Buying Sites (Groupon, Living Social, Angie's List, etc.) as a way to track your sales and make it easy for your clients to redeem their purchases
To add a voucher:
To add a voucher:
Go to the My Office(s) Tab
Scroll to the Vouchers section and click "New Voucher"
Enter the required information (marked in red) - You should've received all of this information directly from your vendor
Date of Sale - On what date was the voucher sold?
Servicing Office - To which office or branch location does the voucher belong? For offices with multiple locations, vouchers much be location specific.
Voucher Name - What are you calling the voucher? We recommend using a combination of the date sold and type to ensure proper tracking. Example: If I had a Groupon in August 2014 for two hours, I'd likely call it "2014 Groupon - 2 Hours". If running more than one offer, please use unique names for each offer.
Voucher ID - What is the unique identifying number of the voucher provided to you by the vendor?
Type - Is the voucher a Groupon? Living Social? Gilt City? Or Other?
Amount - What is the total advertised cost of the voucher? This is NOT the actual value of the clean, but rather the amount for which the voucher was sold.
Hours of Service - For how many hours of service is the voucher?
Vendor Fee - How much does Groupon (or other vendor) take for their service? *This is VERY IMPORTANT, because you will not be charged royalty on this amount.
