There is no way to change a Schedule's pause dates once they have been set. The way to update them is:
- Go to the client's Account
- Click on the reference number for the client's Schedule
- Click the "Unpause" button
- Put in today's date as the new Pause End Date
- The Schedule will now be unpaused
- Click "Pause" button
- Put in the new pause dates
- Click "Save"
So you have to unpause the Schedule, then repause them. That will allow you to modify the dates.
