Why Does Cloud Only Populate Jobs in a Series Six Months in Advance?

Created by Alsabana Sahubarali, Modified on Mon, 4 Nov, 2024 at 9:10 AM by Alsabana Sahubarali

Cloud displays six months worth of jobs in a series at a time, which is why after you complete a job, you see the "Extending Series" message. This is to conserve data space in Cloud—oftentimes series have no end dates and it'd basically just take up too much room in Cloud if it had to load infinite jobs for thousands of series. If you need to make any adjustments in a client's schedule beyond that six month cut off, we recommend creating a reminder for yourself closer to the job date (via Tasks, Events or Google Calendar...whatever's easiest for you) to reschedule or otherwise edit a client's clean that might not yet be populating in Cloud.
