I Switched My Pro's Primary Role to Cleaner, but She Still Shows on Jobs as a Trainee. Why?

When your pro transitions from Trainee to Cleaner, you'll want to designate her primary role in Cloud as Cleaner. However, this change only affects FUTURE jobs. It does not retroactively adjust existing jobs and series. So, as you complete each existing job this pro is assigned to, you'll want to switch out her role from Trainee to Cleaner on the series itself. Otherwise, as soon as you designate her primary role as Cleaner, newly created jobs and series will default to this role.
