Why Aren't My Additional Account Settings Saving?

So you've clicked Additional Account Settings, made the necessary changes, clicked save and...nothing happens? Why?

Depending on the changes that you're looking to make, you'll sometimes need to wait several minutes after clicking "Save" as Cloud can sometimes take a little while to code the change. 


For example if you had clicked the button to track dispatch time, click on one of your employees a few minutes later and you should notice that a Dispatch role has been created. 

If you check after a little while and notice the changes still haven't taken effect, let us know and we'll look into it for you.
