I Reassigned All Jobs Attached to a Pro. Why Is Cloud Telling Me the Pro Still Has Series Assigned to Her?

If Cloud gives you an error message indicating a pro you're trying to deactivate is still assigned to a series, odds are the series has an End Date on it, but isn't actually canceled. Setting an End Date doesn't automatically cancel a series. What this does is tell Cloud to stop creating new jobs after that date. So, all you need to do to deactivate this pro is go in and officially cancel out both of these series.

To cover you bases, we recommend running the Job Series - with End Date by Status report, and it will show you if you have any other series with Ending On Dates that need to be canceled out.
