When Should I Cancel a Client's Series?

When a client calls to cancel a series, you always want to make sure you wait until AFTER the last job is completed to cancel the series. Otherwise, Cloud will delete all future jobs and you'll end up with a missed final clean. So, your best option is to create a task to remind you to cancel the series after the client's last job.

Something to note—editing a series and adding an "Ending On" date does not actually cancel the series. The "Ending On" date only prompts Cloud to stop creating jobs after that set date.

If you've cancelled a series before the last job is completed, you'll want to create an OTC to substitute for the final canceled job.
