Why Are Account Notes Showing up on This Client's Work Order?

Account notes in Cloud work in tiers. There are individual Work Order Notes that only appear on that specific work order. Then there are Series Work Order Notes, which show up on all work orders for that series. And then there are Account Work Order Notes, which show up on every work order in every series on the Account (meaning, if they have three different series with three different locations, those notes will still show up on all of those work orders). 

 

So, if you have all three filled out, you will have three sets of notes on your work order. 

 

If you do not want the Account WO Notes to show up (if they're the same as the Series notes), then you'll want to remove them from the Account. Once you do that, it's probable you'll need to reset the series to remove them from the jobs.
