There are a few reasons that a client's job might not be showing up on your Dispatch board:

1) There are no Pros assigned to the jobÂ
2) There are no Hours on the jobÂ
3) The Arrival Window is set to 0Â
4) The times are 12 hours off (something meant for 9am was set for 9pm, etc.)Â
