Dispatch time is actually set to 7:00 AM-8:00 AM by design in order to create visual space between the Dispatch job and the cleaning jobs. It is not meant to reflect the actual time that your Pros are in the office. Setting the default dispatch time to 7:00 AM helps to separate the different jobs and prevent any potentially confusing overlap on your Dispatch calendar.
