If a client in Mapleton lives five minutes away from your office, but a client in Oakville lives thirty minutes away, you might want to adjust your travel settings to more accurately reflect the difference in time. If you look at your zones (My Office(s)>Scroll down to Zones>Click the zone you want to edit), you'll notice you can click "Edit" and then adjust the default travel time. This functionality allows you to say, "Usually it takes only five minutes to drive somewhere, but for clients in Oakville, I want to pay my pro for thirty minutes."
