Once in a while Cloud won't recognize a client's address when you enter it into Maps. It might show as a different city, country, etc. (and your Pro probably doesn't want to commute to a different country). Usually this happens because:
1. There's something anomalous about the address (it includes special characters or has added notes in the address field. ex. Office--123 Main Street. Go through back door).
2. For this reason the Geolocation might not have populated:

To fix this you can manually set the geolocation of the home in Cloud so that it will show up on the map going forward:
Â
1. Visit: http://universimmedia.pagesperso-orange.fr/geo/loc.htm to find the latitude and longitude of the client's address
2. Go to the client's account in Cloud
3. On the Service Location, click "Edit"
4. Enter the coordinates (see screenshot)
3. On the Service Location, click "Edit"
4. Enter the coordinates (see screenshot)

After you've manually entered the geolocation, the address will show up properly on Maps in Cloud.
