A Client's Feedback Didn't Link to Her File. Why Not?

The most likely reason the client's feedback might not be linking to her account is because she used a different email address to submit the feedback than the address on her account, in which case Cloud won't be able to find an exact match. In this case Cloud will leave the feedback on the Office level under Feedback for you to manually assign as needed.
