You've quoted the client and they want to sign up. Great! Now what?
Open the client's estimate and click "Schedule"

When prompted hit "Confirm"

Fill out the following information:
Change status from "Pending" to "Active"
Add any relevant work order notes
Add the start date/time
Add the arrival window (either 4 hours for 9-1 or 11-3, or 8 hours for an all day window)
Edit the recurrence details (repeat every week for weekly service, two weeks for biweekly and four weeks for monthly)
Add selected employee *ALWAYS CHECK DISPATCH BEFORE ASSIGNING AN EMPLOYEE TO A JOB/SERIES. If unsure of availability, assign series to a placeholder.
Click "Save"
