The Estimate Feedback tools provide franchise owners and employees a way to rate and comment on an estimate provided by an NSC Rep. Â This will eliminate back and forth phone calls to NSC Management regarding common issues, concerns and questions. Â It also helps to provide better service to franchise owners and bridge any gaps with estimates. Â Estimates are rated on 5 criteria:
Contact Information - Was the contact information complete and accurate?
Expectations Met - Did the client have realistic expectations for our service?
Estimates & Home Details - Were all home details gathered for an accurate estimate?
Notes & Follow-Up - Were all client notes detailed, informative and in the proper place?
Customer Experience - Overall, how was the customers experience in talking to the rep?
