You pay per lead each month. Any lead generated within the month is billable. Each lead has a life span of 3 months. (Example 1: Susan fills out webform in June but calls back in July to get the estimate. You will not be billed for Susan in July since you already paid in June. However, if she called back in December to get the estimate, you would pay for her lead again.) (Example 2: We quote Kendra and she doesn't sign up until 2 months later. You do not pay for her again)Â

To find a list of the customers you were billed for: If you go to the Reports Tab, My Prospects, and choose "Leads and Estimates - NSC" that will show you everyone we handled. Use the first and last of the month in question as the date range.Â
