Nextiva: How Do I Transfer a Call?

To transfer a call:

Warm (announced) Transfer

With caller on the line, look for â€œxferâ€ on the digital display

Press soft key below â€œxferâ€

Dial the extension or phone number to which you wish to transfer the call

After speaking with the recipient, press â€œxferâ€ soft key again

Blind (unannounced) Transfer

With caller on the line, press the directional wheel to the right

Look for â€œbxferâ€ on the digital display

Press soft key below â€œbxferâ€

Dial the extension or phone number to which you wish to transfer the call

Press the dial soft-key

Transfer Caller to the NSC

Follow either the instructions above for transferring. Use a warm transfer if you want to speak with the NSC rep receiving the call, else use a blind transfer.
