Nextiva: How Do I Transfer a Call?

To transfer a call:

 
Warm (announced) Transfer
 
With caller on the line, look for “xfer†on the digital display
  • Press soft key below “xferâ€
  • Dial the extension or phone number to which you wish to transfer the call
  • After speaking with the recipient, press “xfer†soft key again
     
    Blind (unannounced) Transfer
     
    With caller on the line, press the directional wheel to the right
  • Look for “bxfer†on the digital display
  • Press soft key below “bxferâ€
  • Dial the extension or phone number to which you wish to transfer the call
  • Press the dial soft-key
     
    Transfer Caller to the NSC
     
    Follow either the instructions above for transferring. Use a warm transfer if you want to speak with the NSC rep receiving the call, else use a blind transfer.
  • Use Extension 600
