Dial your extension Â
Allow phone to ring until it goes to VM
Interrupt voicemail by pressing “*†key
Enter your pin number to access your VM

Directly (from your desktop phone)

Press the button which looks like an envelope
Enter your pin number to access your VM

From the online interface:

Go to the following site: www.nextiva.com
Click “Customer Login†link on the top right corner
Enter your unique Username and Password
Click Sign in

Customer Service Voicemail (for users with more than 1 phone who utilize a group voicemail box)

From your desktop phone: Dial 777
Enter your Customer Service pin to access your VM
