Nextiva: How Do I Enable/Disable Call Forwarding?

Enabling/Disabling Call Forwarding:
 
Log-in to the online portal
  • Under the features tab click on “Forwarding Number Profilesâ€
  • In the middle of the screen, enter in a name for the forwarding profile and the phone number
  • Select from one of the two ring options:
    Ring all phones at once - Will ring all of the phones in the list simultaneously
  • Ring one at a time and ring each phone number - Will ring the phones in numerical order beginning for a certain amount of time. Set the time next to this option. (Times will vary and you may need to make tweaks if jumping to the next phone too slowly or too quickly)

    On the very bottom of the page click save.
