How Does Billing for the NSC Work?

Great question! Here we go:
 
1) All leads are priced the same regardless of source and outcome. The pricing is as follows:
 
First 20 inquiries: $25 per lead 
Next 30 inquiries: $21 per lead 
51-200 inquiries: $19 per lead 
201+ inquiries: $18 per lead 
 
2) Since you are paying per lead, even customers who are not reached (though we attempt contact) are billable. 
 
3) The billing is based off of the CREATED date of the lead. So if the lead comes in on 8/8, it would be billable in August. Even if the customer is not reached, it is billable. Each lead has a life cycle of 3 months. So, if the client fills out a form on 8/8 and you are charged in August, but they call back on 9/9 to get an estimate, you have already paid for that lead in August, so you would not be charged again for the client.
