Having the ability to view all Notes for your office(s) is a great feature that is supported in Cloud.
Go to the Reports Tab
Under "My Operations," click on the "Notes" report
If you have multiple branches, select which Branches to include
Choose a Date Range (this will remove any notes outside of the dates selected)
Choose any appropriate filters (you can select more than one)
Category (Breakage, Lock Out, Positive Write-up, etc.)
Account (client account)
Jobs (specific job instances)
Local Campaign (by specific campaigns)
Shown on Work Order? (all notes you designated to show on WOs)
Contact (client contacts)
EmployeesÂ
Choose how you want the notes grouped (you can only select one)
Category
Account
Employee
Local Campaign
Click "Generate"
