Oftentimes vendors such as VistaPrint will require that certain promotional materials (rack cards for example) need to be edited in the same program they were created in. Many of our marketing materials were created using Adobe InDesign, speciality publishing software that most of you might not have access to. So, in order for you to edit the content, you'll need to do one of two things:
1. Send the file to a local graphic designer (most designers will have a copy of InDesign)
or
2. Request custom artwork using this link: https://sites.google.com/a/maidpro.com/maidpro-intranet/marketing/brand-and-artwork/custom-artwork-requestsÂ
Either of these options will enable you to edit our default templates to your office's specifications. As always, feel free to reach out to your Marketing Coach with any questions!
