Where Should I Be Entering My NAP Expenses?

NAP fees should be recorded off-Cloud in your regular bookkeeping as operational expenses.

The NAP is not actually a local marketing expense as it does not go directly to marketing your office (i.e. you can't track any specific leads back to them). It is there for the development of new marketing material, which you then utilize in various ways through Direct Mailing or MACS. So, the expense would come when you send out your mailers, not for the NAP. As such NAP costs shouldn't be entered as Campaign Expenses in Cloud, or be attached to any Cloud Campaigns. The same logic also applies to NSC fees, which should also be considered off-Cloud operational expenses.
