How Can I Turn the Cloud Moo Alert On/Off?

We strongly recommended leaving the new web lead alert enabled, but we also understand the moo can be disruptive at times, so we've enabled the ability to toggle the alert on and off. 

 

To toggle the alert:

 

1. Under My Office(s), click on Additional Account Settings.

2. Unchecked=Moo Cow on; Checked=Moo Cow Off


 

 

Please note that this setting is PER USER and connected to your login. So, if an owner checks the box, the Moo will be disabled only for her login. For all other associated users, the cow will remain enabled. Lastly, the setting is global per user and cannot be disabled for one branch, but not another. For example we can't disable the Moo for Boston--City while leaving it enabled for Boston--Suburbs.

 

Remember, the cow only moos if the status of the web lead is "New". So if the mooing seems excessive, before shutting it off completely, check to make sure all of your leads have a status set to something other than "New" and the alert will stop sounding.
