Can I Mark an Employee Inactive Before the End of the Pay Period?

You can mark the employee inactive the same day they resign or are terminated. If you do this, when running the payroll verification report, you must select the option for "Show Inactives" and then select the pro's name to include them on the report.

The employee will print up on the Payroll Report (the other payroll report that generates a PDF).

Any of these reports could be used to get payroll, but of course we recommend the Verification Report for the pros (just make sure to select inactives for terminated employees).
