Employee Showing Active in Error

It's possible that the trigger to make a contact inactive didn't fire off. If this happens in the future, you can do either of two things: 
Log a case with us and we'll re-trigger the trigger. 
  • Click Edit on the employee contact, remove the inactive effective date, and save. Then re-edit and re-enter the inactive effective date, thereby re-firing the trigger.
