In efforts to keep our data as clean as possible, we inserted a validation that prevents two contacts with the same name on a single account. This was done to help you, as having duplicate contacts can cause issues when setting up rotating series, trying to email clients populated templates, and cloning instances.Â

We want to help you clean this up. Please log a case (Case Type "Technology" and Subtype "Cloud"), provide us with the name on the client account, and we will merge the duplicate contact records. Once we merge the records, you will have more accurate data AND be able to complete the job.
