How Long Should I Keep Completed Work Orders?

We try to keep all documentation at least in digital form, forever.  For example, Roy Ribas in MaidPro Boston scans all of his work orders (which are basically signed payroll time sheets) into his computer daily.  Then he keeps the physical sheet for a month, but never ever deletes the digital record.
