Because any changes made to current work orders in Cloud will also affect past work orders for completed jobs, it's important to retain copies of the original work order. But, you might ask, for how long? The MaidPro recommended standard for keeping work orders is three months, but some owners file these records away for a year or more; others scan work orders to their computer and keep them indefinitely.
