I Set a Client's New Address as the Primary Location, but the Work Order Still Shows the Old Address. What's Going On?

Good question! Oftentimes a client moves and needs to switch their current service to the new location. When you add a new address, Cloud does not automatically update the service location on the job series (and you wouldn't want it to!). For example if you have an account with multiple locations, it would wreak havoc if you added a new address and Cloud automatically changed the service location on all series. So, if you want to update an address on a series you'll want to do it manually:

1. Click the Job Series you want to update with the new address
2. Click Edit
3. Change the location on the series

Once the series is updated with the new location, your work orders should update as well! If you have any questions, please log a case and your trusty Help Desk will assist.
