Based on the error, this is likely a local computer issue. There are a few things you can try, which we've outlined below:Â
What's your network set-up like? Do you have much else going on? VOIP phones? Streaming Music? Peer to Peer Applications running behind the scenes (Spotify, etc.)?Â
Are you in a building on your own or are there other businesses in the immediate vicinity? The reason we ask is that Cable is not a dedicated connection for just you, so the speeds do fluctuate. For example: If you live in an apartment building, the internet is always slower at home in the evenings because the rest of the people in the building are home from work and everyone is online. It's not a huge amount, but all of these things add up to slower speeds.Â
What kind of computers are you running? What is their OS? What is the processor speed? How much memory? And most importantly, how much of that memory is available?Â
Have you had other issues with loading web-pages?Â
Please take the steps outlined above and if still having issues than please log a new case (Case Type: Technology, Subtype: MACS) with the details of the campaign -- what you'd like changed, etc., and we will arrange the campaign until we can have a look at the code.Â
