Usually this error happens when there is no Primary Contact selected on an Account (this is designated right on the Account page, on the far right side of the Contacts), or because there is no Contact attached to the job/series (you can check this by going to the job series or the individual jobs and checking to see if a Contact is listed on the top right of the screen). If you see either of these missing, you need to either select a primary contact, or add the contact to the job/series.Â

If neither of these is the case, log a case with the name of the client and we can look into it for you.
