Once you complete a job, there is a "Send An Invoice" button which directs you to a screen where you can preview before sending.
Additionally, there is "Generate Statement" button on the account which generates a summary of jobs with any money applied to them. This is helpful for when you must send a monthly balance sheet or the like.
