Why are the Send Invoice and View Invoice Buttons Not Appearing on the Job?

The Send Invoice and View invoice buttons appear on the job when one of two events take place. 
After completing a job.  The job can, but does not have to, have a payment applied to it. 
  • When there is a pre-payment on a future active job.  This allows an invoice to be left at the job site to alert the client of the remaining balance on their service.
