The system is designed for simplicity and effectiveness. It includes:Â
A local phone numberÂ
Unlimited minutes (local and LD)Â
Auto-receptionistÂ
Custom MaidPro recordingsÂ
Online portal to manage call records, forwarding, voicemail, etc.Â
Easy forwarding to the National Sales Center as neededÂ
Email notifications of voicemailÂ
An employment mailbox and a Service mailboxÂ
Forwarding options (to your cell for example)Â
And more…Â
All this comes for $50 per month per phone (based on 1-3 users), and is administered by the home office. We will bill for this on your monthly invoice (and your first invoice will include charges for the phone as outlined below). The service is month-month.Â
We purchase the phones on your behalf – we recommend a $99 Cisco that comes to around $120 with tax and shipping (depending on your location). There is a 30 day return policy if not satisfied with the phone though the feedback from other owners is nothing but positive. After 30 days, you own the phone and there are no refunds if service is cancelled, however, this model is compatible with other VOIP systems.Â
You will need a high speed Internet connection (preferably an upload speed of 1.5MB or more), and the phone(s) will plug directly into your router/network directly. Depending on your current set-up, you may need to network the office and/or swap out your router for one compatible with the system. Our recommended routers are as follows:Â
WNDR3300 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
WNDR3400 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
WNDR3700 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
WNDR3800 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
Please answer the following questions to help us get started..Â
Questions for you:Â
1. What is your current or planned Office Internet connection (type, download speed, upload speed)? To test, please go to speedtest.netÂ
2. What number(s) will you need to port to nextiva? If you need a new number, what are some town/city names within your territory?Â
3. You'll need to purchase one of the following routers which is compatible with the Nextiva System and I'll take care of adjusting settings)Â
WNDR3300 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
WNDR3400 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
WNDR3700 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
WNDR3800 (Needs to have WAN settings adjusted)Â
4. Do you want an eFax line (some people already have other fax options)? If so do you have a current fax number you'd like to use?Â
With the answers to these questions, we can discuss the best options for moving forward.
