After careful consideration, we’ve chosen DialPad for its ease of use, ability to streamline text compliance across all locations, and cost-effectiveness - making it the perfect solution for our franchisees. Please note, we’re very excited about this service and it remains an optional service for you to utilize and it is not currently integrated into Cloud.

Dialpad Onboarding Letter

Thanks for signing up for Dialpad! This letter will help you with the next steps, and what to expect moving forward. Please read through the entire letter and reach out if you have any further questions. 

Your account has been set up and is now ready to use! You should have received an activation email from Dialpad, please use this to activate your account. If you cannot find the activation email (make sure to check your spam

 folder), please reach out to itsupport@thresholdbrands.com. 

  • Phone Number: You'll receive an email with a phone number from Dialpad, if you are porting or have already ported phone numbers into the system, this number is only temporary and does not need to be used permanently: 

  • Users: If you have opted to have multiple users for your office – each user that you have signed up for service has also received an activation email. Please have them complete signup as time allows. 

  • Porting Phone Numbers: If you are porting phone numbers into the Dialpad system, your phone numbers are already in the process of being pulled over.

    1. The porting process can take 7 to 21 days to fully complete 


    1. While waiting for the port over, you can begin using Dialpad immediately by forwarding your phone number into the new system. 

To receive calls into the new system while waiting for your port to complete – forward all phone numbers to your temporary number, listed in your welcome email


How to use Dialpad: For an introduction to Dialpad, please visit Dialpad University. Enter your first and last name and user role. Under product users, choose “Dialpad Voice” to begin. 

  • Texting: Text messaging should become available on your account within 2 to 10 business days after you receive this welcome letter (we are handling this on your behalf). 


    1. Pricing: As a reminder, all text messages cost $12.00 per 1,000 


    1. Additional Text Line: Additional texting phone lines can be purchased for $5 each. 

  • Auto Attendant: Your auto attendant is set up automatically, by default “1” is for new sales, and “2” is for existing customers.
