You might have noticed two check boxes on a client's account page--Seasonal Location on Account and Turnover Location on Account:
![User-added image]()
These buttons need to be checked off on the location itself in order to carry over to the account. Okay, so what do these buttons do exactly? Checking off the seasonal and/or turnover box indicates to you that a client recurs on a seasonal basis (for example a client visits Florida in the winter and only needs service for a few months), or the location is consistently a turnover account (for example a client rents out their home to vacationers and might need more specific services). Having a way to indicate who these clients are help to differentiate these accounts from your standard recurring or one-time client. When these boxes are checked, the information is pulled into two reports (you guessed it--Seasonal Clients and Turnover Clients). These two reports are designed to make it easier for you to market to these specific clients and includes both a client's phone number and email address. We're also working on incorporating these groups into MACS and will keep the community posted with developments.Â
