I Found a Cool Third Party App/Product and Want to Suggest It to the Community. How Do I Do This?

Here at the MaidPro Home Office, we're always open to new ideas and suggestions (that's why we maintain our Ideas board and Discussion forum!). If you stumble across a new product or app (be it financial, communication-related or otherwise) that you think the entire community could benefit from, you're welcome to log a case with the details and we can take it into consideration. Here are some things we consider when evaluating a new service:

1. Is there a business need for a third party solution versus using an existing platform (Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.)?
2. Is there a community-wide demand for it? Have other franchisees voiced a need for this on the Discussion board or Ideas forum?
3. Is this product or suite something we already plan on developing?
4. How high of a priority is this? Our team is constantly planning, developing and implementing new ways to help make your business run better. Prioritizing tasks is the best way we can stay on track and get out the most important developments first.
5. Standardization—if the product or service would be a fundamental change (new financial service, new business platform, etc.), would the entire franchisee community agree to implement it?
6. Cost—would the entire community be willing to pay any development and maintenance costs?

If there's a technical solution to make bookkeeping, business management or communication easier, we're open to it. But, we need to make sure both the franchisee community and the home office team are on the same page as to what's involved in making these decisions.
