This usually happens in the event the client wants a recurring day that's different from the FTC. For example biweekly client John Doe wants his first clean on Friday, July 11th, but wants recurring service on Wednesdays moving forward. So, you add a series start date of Friday, July 11th and then set the series to recur on Wednesdays moving forward. Because the series is set up to recur on Wednesdays, despite the start date, Cloud will schedule the FTC two weeks from the start date to the first Wednesday it can find. That's when you end up with the discrepancy between the Start Date and the FTC.

So, when setting up a series, you want to choose a date that the cleans will all be on moving forward. If any individual job (such as the first clean) is on a different day, then first set up the series, and then move that individual job.
