How to Go Through an Estimate

The Estimate template will open after converting a lead.
Gather home details and enter in the information (Make sure you fill out the actual number of rooms in the left column versus the quoted rooms in the right column (ex. I have five bedrooms, but I only want you cleaning three))

  • Write any applicable work order/priority notes
  • Click Quote (Make sure you click quote for every option you quote the client. Managed quotes are automatically saved at the bottom of the estimate.)

  • If the client does not sign up, set a follow-up date for two business days later
