New Gift Certificate ID's follow this format: 4751-JPEW-MP
Old, paper issued Gift Certificates are actually a physical check that should be deposited at the bank and have numbers similar to GC # 4944595754.
If the Gift Certificate you are entering follows the new format and is still not working, please log a case (using Case Type: Accounting - Home Office, and Subtype: Gift Certificates), including the GC ID# and the purchaser's contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address) and we will look into it.
