First, you want to check if the client had the gift certificate sent to themselves, or to someone else. Â Only the "Recipient" will receive the redemption number.

If they ARE supposed to get it and haven't, 99% of the time this is a SPAM issue with the client's email. Â Have them check their SPAM folder to see if the email is in there.
If they use gmail, you can also suggest that they check in the "All Mail" folder for the email as well.

Still can't find it after that? You or the client can send an email to giftcert@maidpro.com with the client's name, the purchase date, and the amount of the gift certificate, and we can track it down for you.
