If this is a MaidPro e-gift certificate bought through the web, the Home Office will need to refund the client's transaction and a reason for the refund is usually required.Â
If the gift certificate was already used and paid out to the local office, the client would likely need to be refunded via check at the local level (if you choose).Â
So, if the gift certificate has not yet been redeemed, please log a case with the type/subtype of Gift Certificates>Gift Certificates and include the voucher number, amount, date purchased and who purchased it and we can refund the transaction. Otherwise, there's no need to void the gift certificate or take any additional steps on your part.
