A Client's Transaction Failed and Now He Wants to Pay by Check. How Should I Complete the Job?

If a client's credit card fails for any reason and he needs to pay by check, you'll want to do the following: 

1) Go to the job 
2) Scroll down to the transactions section 
3) Click new transaction

4) Fill out the information for type, amount, amount to apply etc.

5) There is a field that says "Replacement for Failed Transaction" - Change that to show the failed transaction. This will link the two payments in Cloud so you can show that although the credit card failed, the client replaced the payment with this check. 
6) Save Transaction. 

From here, the job amount due will update and all should be good to go!
