New Emails Seem to Be Missing from My Inbox. Where Are They?

If you've checked your Spam and Social/Promotions tab in Gmail and notice that you're not receiving certain emails, this is likely an issue with your inbox settings in Gmail. Google may have tweaked their settings so that the default uses "All Mail" now for messages. The solution is to go into your Gmail settings (click the gear icon on the top right of the page) and copy your settings to look like the image below:

If adjusting your inbox settings doesn't resolve the issue, log a case and we can look further into it!
