Sometimes Gmail takes it upon itself to filter your emails for you. If you don't seem to be receiving certain emails (lead notifications, group emails, etc.), first check your SPAM folder. If they haven't been filtered into SPAM, check the Social and Promotions tabs in your inbox.

You can disable these tabs altogether by clicking the + to the right of the Promotions tab (see image). Another option to prevent unwanted filtering is to click and drag the email from your Social/Promotions tab into your Primary tab. Then select "Filter Messages Like These" from the pop-up prompt (see image below).

If you've exhausted all of these options and still can't find the email(s) in question, log a case and your trusty Help Desk will look into it for you.
