PPC—Will I Be Charged If Someone Clicks on My Ad Multiple Times from the Same IP Address?

If someone is continuing to click on your paid ads in a malicious way (say, five clicks in an hour) to drive up the cost for the individual or company, Google spots this pretty quickly and will halt the charges. If any go through, you would be re-reimbursed for those clicks. If, however, someone clicks on the ad twice a week rather than clicking on your organic listing, it does not come off as malicious intent to drive up costs. You probably would be on the hook for these multiple clicks because it is seemingly occurring naturally and over time.
