Job Series Pop-Up states that the Amount Due is the Same in All Three Places but is Still Asking Me What to Do

There is a new job series pop-up to help resolve the existing Penny Issue. The issue of the penny balance comes from a rounding system in Cloud (and all computers for that matter). The pricing gets close to the original quoted cost, but off by a penny due to rounding. From time to time, the three numbers on the pop-up do match because the number is truncated to only two numbers to the right of the decimal. You will almost always select “Modify Payment Amount and Complete†unless a job was only partially paid for or the difference between payment and charges is intentional.
