At the top of each estimate, you might have noticed a "Clone" button.

The Clone button is used to create an exact, unlocked replica of the existing estimate. For example if a client you serviced back in July calls you in December to schedule another cleaning for the same house, instead of creating a new estimate from scratch, you can clone his existing estimate. From here you can edit, add any new notes and schedule as necessary.
