Currently the answer is that there's not a direct way to automatically bcc yourself in Gmail. But, every outgoing email is copied into your Sent Mail folder for future reference.

With that information, each of your office staff can create a filter based on their email address that basically says "search All Mail for messages from: self@maidpro.com and then forward it to self@maidpro.com" or something similar.Â
